Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada. Shipping to the United States & International destinations is coming soon—join our email list for launch updates.

Processing times
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take an extra day.

Transit times

• Canada (Canada Post Expedited or comparable): 2–8 business days depending on destination.
• Remote/rural areas can take longer.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Address changes
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at hello[at]littlezlato.com with your order number. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes after fulfillment.

Lost or damaged packages
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, loss or damage claims are handled by the carrier. If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier first, then email us—we’ll help where we can.

Duties & taxes
Canadian orders are charged taxes at checkout as required by your province. For US/International (when available), local duties/taxes may be collected on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
