Your memorial piece was made with care, using thoughtfully chosen materials like 316L stainless steel — known for its strength, durability, and resistance to tarnish. With a little attention, your piece will remain a lasting keepsake for years to come.
Everyday Care
- Handle gently: Our glass crystals are fragile and our metal frames can be scratched. To keep your piece beautiful, please handle with care.
- Avoid moisture: While stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnish, it’s best to keep your piece dry and indoors. Wipe gently with the included microfiber cloth if it comes in contact with water and avoid hanging your piece in rooms with high humidity.
- Keep it safe: Hang or display your suncatcher in a place out of reach of children. If storing, keep it in the provided silk pouch and preferably wrapped in tissue paper to keep it secure.
Cleaning
- Use the included microfiber cloth to gently polish the crystal and metal frame to remove finger prints.
- Avoid all harsh cleaners, chemicals, or abrasives, as these can dull the finish or scratch the crystal. Our microfiber cloth will gently remove any finger prints.
