Shipping & Returns
What is your order processing time?
Our current order processing time is between 3-5 business days. We will do our best to pack and ship your order as soon as we can! Once we've packed your order, we will notify you with your tracking number.
Where do you ship?
As part of our soft launch, we are currently shipping within Canada. We will be opening up US and International shipping very soon! Please join our newsletter, Letters on Love & Loss, to be the first to know when we ship outside of Canada!
How long will my order take to arrive?
After preparing your order (3-5 business days) we will send a shipping notice with your tracking number. Shipping within Ontario is about 2-3 business days and shipping outside of Ontario is about 3-8 business days.
Can I return my order?
We hope your keepsake arrives just as you envisioned. However, if you need to return your piece, we accept returns up to 30 days after your order was placed. Please contact us to initiate your return. Further, returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a trackable method to ensure it arrives safely back to us.

Packaging & Personalization
Will my order come gift ready?
Yes — each piece is beautifully packaged in a keepsake box, a silk bag, a personalized keepsake card (if name is provided) and a small gift (heart charm). It arrives ready to be given or treasured.
Can I include my loved one’s name on the keepsake card?
Yes — each piece comes with a memorial card that has space for your loved one’s name. If you’d like us to handwrite it for you, simply include the name in the personalization notes at checkout. Otherwise, we will still include the keepsake card and if you wish, you can handwrite their name yourself.
Are the suncatchers handmade?
Each suncatcher is carefully assembled by hand in Canada, using custom designed steel pieces and high-quality crystals. They are made in small batches with great care, and each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely to you.
What materials are used?
Each Little Zlato piece is thoughtfully made with materials chosen for both beauty and longevity. The golden frame is crafted from 316L stainless steel, a premium grade known for its strength, resistance to tarnish, and ability to withstand time without losing its luster. Our steel pieces are plated with 18K gold using the best method available that provides longevity.
Every detail—from the crystal to the finishing touches—is selected with care, so that your piece is not only beautiful in the moment, but enduring for years to come.
